This small scale piece is a surreal adventure into the ocean. When diving I can feel like I am in another universe. Everything around pops and takes your attention. It is at once sharp and detailed and floating and nebular. The contrast of detail in the fish against a space like backdrop makes this an interesting little piece that captures your attention. The ‘halo’ around the predominant fish is gold which adds another textural element that shines and glows in the right light.
This artwork is a partner to Ocean Planet where both pieces can fill up intimate corners of the home or office. It is framed in a deep edge frame that enables the artwork to standalone on a shelf or be hung on the wall from the wire hanger on the back.
